Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how SalesNerve (“SalesNerve”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you (the “Agent”) use the SalesNerve software-as-a-service platform (the “Service”). SalesNerve is a tool that helps licensed insurance agents place and coach outbound sales calls in real time.

SalesNerve is a tool used by insurance agents. If you are a prospect or customer of an insurance agent who is using SalesNerve, the agent — not SalesNerve — is the party responsible for collecting your information and responding to your privacy requests. Please contact the agent directly.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

  • Account information: name, email address, password, and phone number.
  • Billing information (processed by a third-party processor; we do not store card numbers).
  • Licensing information: insurance license state, number, line of authority, and dates.
  • Carrier library content: carrier names, product details, and rates you input.
  • Playbook content, notes, and other text you submit to the Service.
  • Prospect information you enter when initiating a call (name, phone number, state, notes).

1.2 Information generated by the Service

  • Call metadata (date, time, duration, Twilio call SID, disposition).
  • Audio streams routed through the Service during a live call.
  • Live and stored transcripts of calls initiated through the Service.
  • AI-generated coaching suggestions, summaries, and scores.
  • Consent disclosure timestamps and TCPA compliance metadata.

1.3 Information collected automatically

  • Standard web logs: IP address, browser user-agent, timestamps, and error traces.
  • Authentication events (sign-in, sign-out, password resets).

2. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Route audio between the Agent and the prospect via Twilio.
  • Generate real-time transcripts and AI coaching suggestions.
  • Store call history and analytics for the Agent's own review.
  • Maintain audit trails for legal and compliance purposes.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Communicate with Agents about the Service.

3. Sub-processors we use

We use the following third-party service providers to deliver the Service. Each receives only the data it needs to perform its function, and each is contractually obligated to protect that data.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

  • With sub-processors, as listed above, under data-processing agreements.
  • When the Agent explicitly directs us to (e.g., exporting a transcript).
  • When required by law, subpoena, or court order.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of SalesNerve, our users, or the public.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.

5. Call recording and two-party consent

SalesNerve routes live call audio through the Service to produce real-time transcripts and coaching suggestions. Prior to any such call, the Service automatically plays a recorded disclosure to the prospect stating that the call may be recorded. The Agent is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the Service complies with applicable federal and state call recording laws, including two-party consent states. See our Terms of Service.

6. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and as required by law. See our Data Retention Policy for the full schedule.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including TLS in transit, encryption at rest for our databases, least-privilege access controls, and audit logging. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, or to data portability. To exercise these rights, email privacy@salesnerve.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Children

The Service is intended for use by licensed insurance professionals. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International users

The Service is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify Agents by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
