Data Retention Policy

This Data Retention Policy explains how long SalesNerve retains different categories of information and when each is automatically purged. It supplements our Privacy Policy and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Retention schedule

2. How deletion happens
SalesNerve runs a scheduled cleanup job that purges data whose retention window has expired. The job uses the retention_expires_at timestamp stored on each record. When a record is deleted from our primary database, its associated rows (such as transcripts or coaching suggestions tied to a call) are cascaded and removed.
Backups may retain deleted data for up to 30 additional days before the backups themselves are rotated and overwritten.
3. Legal holds
If SalesNerve receives a valid legal hold, subpoena, or preservation request, affected data may be retained beyond the schedule above for as long as legally required, after which the normal retention schedule resumes.
4. Your deletion rights
You can request earlier deletion of your data by emailing privacy@salesnerve.com. Requests are processed within 30 days. Some data, including TCPA audit trails and billing records, must be retained for legal and regulatory compliance and cannot be deleted earlier than the window shown above.
5. Exporting your data
Before closing your account, you can export your call history, transcripts, playbook, and carrier library from the Settings page. If you need a bulk export in a specific format, contact support@salesnerve.com.
6. Changes to this schedule
We may update this schedule from time to time. Material reductions in retention periods take effect immediately. Material extensions apply only prospectively, to data collected after the effective date of the change.
